Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and we understand. Because every stay at Ajantha is booked through Airbnb, cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on our Airbnb listing at the time you book.

Before you book

Open our listing on Airbnb and scroll to Cancellation policy. It shows exactly how much is refunded and up to which date for your chosen check-in. The same policy is repeated in your booking confirmation.

How to cancel

Cancel from Trips in your Airbnb account. Airbnb calculates any refund and returns it to your original payment method. We are not able to process refunds outside Airbnb.

Changing your dates

To change your dates or number of guests, send a change request through Airbnb. If you're unsure whether new dates are free, call or WhatsApp us first and we'll gladly check.

If we have to cancel

In the rare case that we cannot host you, for example due to severe weather or an emergency, we will tell you as early as possible and you will receive a full refund through Airbnb.

Monsoon and road conditions

Coorg sees heavy rain between June and September. If landslides or road closures stop you from reaching us, please contact us and Airbnb as soon as possible. Airbnb's Major Disruptive Events Policy may apply.
