Privacy Policy

Ajantha Stay is a family-run homestay in Madikeri, Coorg. This page explains what information this website handles and how we use the details you share with us when you stay.

What this website collects

This website has no sign-up, contact or payment forms, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on it. We do not collect any personal information simply because you visit.

Bookings through Airbnb

All bookings are made on Airbnb. When you book, Airbnb shares the details needed for your stay with us (such as your name, number of guests and travel dates). Airbnb's own privacy policy covers how Airbnb handles your information and payments.

When you contact us

If you call or WhatsApp us, we use your number and messages only to answer your question and arrange your stay. We do not sell or share them with anyone else.

During your stay

We may ask for a government-issued photo ID at check-in, as is required for guest registration in India. We keep this only as long as the law requires. The property has security cameras on the exterior only; there are no cameras inside the house.

Third-party services on this site

The “Find Us” map is provided by Google Maps, and links take you to Airbnb, Instagram and WhatsApp. These services may set their own cookies or collect data under their own privacy policies when you use them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we are required by law to keep it.
